- The Concegration of Tathagata Tsal (Budha Park) ceromany held today (25/03/2013), at Maney Chokerling, Rabong, South Sikkim, India. The Tathagata Tsal has consegrated by HH the Dalai Lama in the gracious presence of the Governor Balmiki Prasad Singh and the Chief Minister of Sikkim Pawan Chamling.
